• Relax, explore, or prepare for upcoming activities
• 6:00-8:00 PM: Dogs and Beer
• Hotdog bar at the gathering site for those already at the event

• Relax and socialize around the campfire

• Pick up Welcome Bags when you arrive if you haven’t already

• Silent Auction: Items located at the gathering site. All proceeds go to a local charity. Winners announced Saturday at 3:00 PM
Silent auction cutoff time is 12 noon on Saturday
• Swap Meet: Setup items in your own site and shop around Nashville Indiana
• 8:00-10:00 AM: Coffee and Campers
• Coffee, coffee cake, and breakfast treats at the gathering site
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Tiki Doll Hunt• Search for the hidden tiki dolls and bring them back to the gathering site for a prize!
• 1:00 PM - ?: Guided Hikes
• Meet at the gathering site
• 1:00-3:00 PM: Camper Tours
• Guided tours of manufactured campers with 10-minute limits per site,
• 3:00-6:00 PM: Free Time
• Relax or explore the site

• Bring your favorite appetizer for sharing at the gathering site
• Drinks available (water, wine, etc.)
• Meet your directors and sponsors

• Guided tours with 10-minute limits per site, diy and homebuilt campers during this tour
• 12:00-1:00 PM: Break
• Free time to relax, eat, or network
• 1:00-2:30 PM: Builders Corner
• Hands-on building and upgrading camper projects (volunteers and builders on-site)
• 2:30-3:00 PM: Pet Care for Your Pet While Camping Seminar
• Local veterinarian presenting how to care for pets during camping trips
• 3:00-4:00 PM: Campfire Cooking Workshop
• Learn how to cook efficiently and safely over a campfire
• 4:00-5:00 PM: Dutch Oven Cook-off
• Judges at the gathering site to judge dishes made in Dutch ovens
• Participants can leave their creations for the pitch-in if desired
• 5:00-6:00 PM: Free Time
• 6:00-8:00 PM: Pitch-In Dinner
• Bring a dish to share (theme TBD) at the gathering site
• Announcements, sponsor appreciation, and awards (e.g., Longest Distance, Best DIY Camper, Best Prefab Camper, etc.)

• Volunteers Needed: Help will be needed for assembly of welcome bags, camper tours, and cleanup, among other activities.
• Seminars and Workshops: Ensure that participants have materials (e.g., tools for wheel bearing packing, Dutch ovens for the seminar)
• Free Time: There will be plenty of opportunities to socialize and explore the campgrounds between scheduled events, so make sure to take advantage of the downtime.
• Quiet Time: A reminder to maintain the 11:00 PM quiet time each night.
